Aktivitas Digital Public Relations Lion Air Dalam Kasus Pesawat JT-610

Maskapai penerbangan murah, Lion Air mengalami krisis sesaat setelah salah satu pesawat dengan kode JT 610 jatuh pada Senin (29/10) di Tanjung Karawang, Jawa Barat. Lion Air JT 610 memiliki rute dari Jakarta-Pangkalpinang. Sebelumnya, pesawat naas tersebut sempat hilang kontak. Pesawat Lion Air itu berangkat dari Bandara Soekarno-Hatta pukul 06.20 WIB. Kemudian pesawat tersebut mengalami hilang kontak pada pukul 06.33 WIB. Lion Air merespon situasi krisis ini dengan menjalankan taktik digital public relations agar publik turut merasakan duka yang dialami oleh perusahaan. (more…)
